Change Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Providing expert organizational change management support, the full-time Change Implementation Specialist will assist in the design, launch, and scaling of an Elevated Risk Care Management Pilot for Veterans, working remotely with various stakeholders to enhance suicide prevention-related care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with project objectives and stakeholder needs
• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analyses and facilitate engagement activities to ensure successful adoption of the ERCM model
• Support the development of implementation and change management plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in organizational development, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in organizational change management or healthcare implementation
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or Veterans Health Administration
• Familiarity with behavioral health and suicide prevention programs
• PROSCI Certification preferred
