Change Leadership Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Leadership Presales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine presales offers that address client needs and align with Microsoft updates
• Participate in client calls to understand needs and scope engagements, ensuring smooth handoffs to delivery teams
• Build and maintain standardized presales content, including proposals and marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale change efforts with effective change leadership plans
• Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
• Experience with Copilot/AI/IT/Microsoft technologies
• Ability to manage and execute activities independently and adapt plans as needed
• Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification are preferred
