Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Leadership Presales Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine presales offers that address client needs and align with Microsoft ecosystem updates
• Participate in client calls to understand needs and scope engagements, ensuring smooth handoffs to delivery teams
• Build and maintain standardized presales content, including Budgetary Proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale change efforts with effective change leadership plans
• Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Copilot/AI/IT
• Big 4 consulting experience preferred
• Change management certification or designation is a plus
