Change Leadership Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Leadership Delivery Team Lead to manage and oversee delivery consultants in the Change Leadership Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, conduct interviews, and identify training needs for team members
• Oversee project delivery standards and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and mitigate risks
• Conduct change assessments, develop change leadership strategies, and facilitate training sessions for clients

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development
• Proven experience in leading large-scale change efforts and developing effective change leadership plans
• Solid understanding of change leadership methodologies and experience in IT/Microsoft environments
• Organized and adaptable with the ability to execute and adjust change activities quickly
• Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification preferred
