Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Analyst to support ongoing change management activities within a structured risk and governance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional change management initiatives and support readiness activities across multiple teams
• Assist in monitoring and managing change initiatives within the program pipeline to ensure proper oversight and governance
• Create reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate program progress and key insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analysis
• At least 1 year of experience supporting change management or risk assessment programs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision and follow through on assigned responsibilities
• Familiarity with risk management and governance practices
