Job Summary

To support the successful adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Transformation Change Management Analyst will partner with project teams and business leaders to implement structured change management activities, ensuring stakeholders understand and embrace changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with transformation initiative owners to assess change impacts and support needs
  • Apply structured change management methods, including the ADKAR model, to guide stakeholders through the change process
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in executing change management activities for various initiatives
  • Working knowledge of structured change management methodologies, particularly the ADKAR model
  • Ability to assess stakeholder impacts and translate findings into actionable change strategies
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
