Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of organizational change management initiatives, the full-time Change Management Analyst will manage technology capabilities and change strategies for systems like Salesforce and Workday while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support change management for various technology initiatives, including enterprise systems and cybersecurity updates
• Help assess change management needs and contribute to strategies and plans for projects of varying sizes
• Create and disseminate change communications and develop user training materials using instructional design best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in change management, communications, or training, preferably in a large organization
• Familiarity with change management methodologies; coursework or certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective change communications and training resources
• Proficiency in tools for creating training content and self-paced videos, such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
