Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the integrity of systems, the full-time remote Change Management Analyst will create and maintain change management policies and procedures, coordinate with teams for release support, and manage the overall change management process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze proposed changes to assess their impact on overall systems
• Coordinate recording of modifications and establish change-reporting procedures
• Create and maintain reports for senior leadership related to Change Management

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, change management, or software configuration management
• Three years of experience in financial services strongly preferred
• Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals to meet business requirements
• Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, security, and associated laws and regulations
