Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support transformative initiatives, the full-time Change Management Analyst will lead organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformations and Microsoft technology implementations, working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management strategies for AI-enabled transformation programs
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication planning across various organizational levels
• Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and support technology adoption

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client-facing change management roles, particularly with Microsoft Transformations
• Proficient in designing change measurement frameworks to track adoption and business impact
• Experience in facilitating change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into change management strategies
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to inform change initiatives
