Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support critical AI and Microsoft technology transformations, the full-time Change Management Analyst will lead organizational change management strategies, assess readiness, and design training programs while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs focused on Microsoft technologies
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and conduct change impact assessments across various organizational levels
• Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and drive technology adoption

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client-facing change management roles, particularly with Microsoft Transformations and AI initiatives
• Proven ability to assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities and processes
• Experience in designing change measurement frameworks to track adoption and business impact
• Strong analytical skills with a background in using data to inform change management strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into change management practices
