Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Change Management and Accelerate Program teams, the full-time temporary Change Management Analyst will drive stakeholder engagement, analyze organizational readiness, and track change activities remotely over a 13-month period.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification, documentation, and assessment of business change impacts
• Track change management action items through completion and assist in planning Business Enablement activities
• Analyze stakeholder and organizational readiness data to support deployment initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of overall professional experience with increasing responsibility
• 1+ years of experience supporting major organizational change initiatives
• Experience with change management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
