Job Summary
Supporting the OCM lead on ERP capital projects, the full-time Change Management Assistant will participate in organizational change management activities, contribute to the development of training content, and assist in executing change readiness plans in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in organizational change management activities for technology projects as a team member
- Support the execution of change readiness plans, including readiness surveys and analysis of results
- Collaborate with project team members to develop training content, communications, and job aids
Required qualifications
- High School diploma minimum; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Education preferred
- 2 years of functional or procurement experience and experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Proficiency in MS-Office products
