• Enhance employee and leader experiences through human-centered design and relevant engagement activities
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide strategic consultation to support organizational change efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in developing strategies to improve employee and leader experiences
• 2+ years of experience leading change for large projects
• Proven ability to use data and insights to drive action and build cross-functional collaboration
• Change Management Certification is preferred
