Change Management Communications Manager

Job Summary

Driving employee engagement and awareness, the full-time remote Change Management Communications Manager will develop and execute integrated communication strategies to support workplace transformation initiatives and enhance the partnership between Block and JLL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a change management and communications strategy aligned with workplace transformation goals
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content for a global employee audience across various channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate service changes and program launches effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or corporate communications
• Proven track record in executing change programs within a corporate real estate or workplace environment
• Strong writing and content development skills across multiple formats and audiences
• Experience with change management frameworks is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field
