Change Management Communications Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of strategic internal communication plans, the full-time Change Management Communications Manager will support change management initiatives across North America, collaborating with various functional experts to drive change adoption and enhance safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and translate change management strategies into actionable communication plans
• Lead the planning and creation of comprehensive communication plans, including messaging toolkits and engagement activities
• Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement through events, recognition tools, and feedback mechanisms

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in change management communication and internal communications campaigns
• Experience and certification in change management communications
• Strong project management abilities and experience leading complex projects
• High proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and design software
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior leadership
