Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to guide clients through technology transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading user adoption and change management programs
• Create and customize standard change management deliverables, including training and communication templates
• Define implementation strategies for clients' technology transformations based on stakeholder input

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in leading change initiatives
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Google Workspace
• 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering technology training
• Experience with client-facing consulting engagements
