Key Responsibilities

• Conduct readiness assessments and provide actionable insights to leadership and project teams
• Recommend change strategies to support successful project implementations and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Change Lead, including impact assessments and training development
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations
• Ability to develop practical, people-centered change strategies
• Experience in retail environments is highly desirable
• Proven stakeholder management experience
