Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Change Management Consultant will develop and implement change strategies to facilitate successful digital transformations and cloud technology implementations while collaborating with clients to enhance user adoption and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change strategies for digital transformations and cloud technology projects
• Champion change initiatives and collaborate with clients to enhance user adoption
• Train clients on solutions and work with superusers to ensure effective implementation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in change management work including stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness
• Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
• Proven ability to thrive in technical environments, especially with Salesforce products
• 4+ years of experience in consulting or business technology
