Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership and develop customized change management strategies
• Identify risks and challenges, work with stakeholders to mitigate risks, and develop strategies to remediate change resistance
• Create detailed communications strategies and plans, build client-facing materials, and manage project delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of change management theory and practical applications
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact and handle problems effectively
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced math skills
