Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead and execute change initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop recommendations for change readiness within project teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement change management strategies
• Define and monitor success metrics for change progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 3-5+ years of experience leading change and communication initiatives
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model or similar frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise-scale change initiatives
• Experience working with senior levels across organizations
