Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead and execute change initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop recommendations for change readiness and impact on organizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute change management strategies and deliverables
• Define and monitor success metrics for change initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 3-5 years of experience in change management and communication initiatives
• Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model or similar frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent enterprise-scale change initiatives
• Experience working with senior levels across the organization
