Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute structured change management strategies to ensure consistent adoption across all employees and departments
• Identify resistance points and develop counter strategies to foster positive acceptance of change
• Collaborate with project teams and support leaders in integrating change management activities into overall project plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in change management
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, such as Prosci certification
• Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly preferred
