Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support the Client Expenses Implementation remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct readiness audits and develop integrated project management plans
  • Lead the creation of communication and training strategies for the PeopleSoft Expense module
  • Execute the approved change management strategy and produce go-live impact reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent Change Management experience
  • Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience with formal change management methodologies, preferably in Higher Education
  • Strong analytical skills to assess organizational readiness
  • Bachelor's Degree required
