Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support the Client Expenses Implementation remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct readiness audits and develop integrated project management plans
- Lead the creation of communication and training strategies for the PeopleSoft Expense module
- Execute the approved change management strategy and produce go-live impact reports
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent Change Management experience
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience with formal change management methodologies, preferably in Higher Education
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational readiness
- Bachelor's Degree required
