Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant - OCM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads change management projects, facilitating stakeholder identification, planning, and implementation
• Collaborates with project teams to address communication and training needs for successful project execution
• Establishes change management standards and processes, ensuring compliance and monitoring effectiveness through key metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Change Management, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Experience in organizational change management
• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
• Experience in banking or regulated industries is advantageous
• Experience leading change during periods of significant organizational change
