Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Provide support and coaching to managers during transitions and integrate change management into project plans
• Track and report on change management efforts, including stakeholder communication and feedback mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management
• Proven experience with change management principles and methodologies
• Experience applying business analysis techniques to support change initiatives
• Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
