Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant - part time, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the OCM Lead in coordinating and executing specific change assessments and activities
• Draft or coordinate OCM deliverables, including communications and training artifacts
• Manage communications and training calendars to ensure timely delivery of quality outputs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting large, complex projects in fast-paced environments
• 3+ years' experience in OCM and/or training functions
• Experience drafting and delivering effective communications across multiple channels
• Familiarity with project tracking, calendars, and planning tools
• Prosci or similar OCM certifications are helpful
