Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support a major IT Transformation Program focused on data and analytics implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for new data, analytics, and technology initiatives
• Drive organizational change management deliverables, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans for change-related challenges while tracking adoption and measuring change effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on change management experience within IT environments
• Understanding of change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar
• Ability to work proactively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
