Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to advise customers on enterprise software in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in engagement milestones to assess change impacts and advise on Change Management approaches
- Conduct workshops to enhance customer understanding of Change Management fundamentals
- Guide the customer team in creating a PROSCI-aligned Change Management Plan tailored to their context
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a contact center environment
- Experience with enterprise software change management
- PROSCI certification (required)
- 5+ years of experience in leading change management for large technology implementations
- Experience supporting change management for AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
