Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to advise customers on enterprise software in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in engagement milestones to assess change impacts and advise on Change Management approaches
  • Conduct workshops to enhance customer understanding of Change Management fundamentals
  • Guide the customer team in creating a PROSCI-aligned Change Management Plan tailored to their context
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Experience with enterprise software change management
  • PROSCI certification (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in leading change management for large technology implementations
  • Experience supporting change management for AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
