Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support a major data center project during its digital transformation and process adoption phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts for the implementation of Procore/ACC and Palantir Capital Forecasting & Scenario Planning tools
• Develop and execute a change management strategy, potentially using ADKAR or other frameworks
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, finance, and operations to ensure smooth adoption of new processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in organizational change management within large-scale capital project environments
• Experience with construction technology platforms (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and Palantir forecasting tools
• Strong understanding of business processes related to cost and cash flow management
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
