Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support the Franchise Booking Enablement program.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive change management initiatives for the rollout of a new franchise booking tool
• Develop training materials and instructional content for stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the change process

Required Qualifications

• Experience in change management with a focus on organizational transformation
• Proficiency in instructional design and content development
• Experience in communications and stakeholder engagement
• Retail and/or digital supply chain experience is strongly preferred
• Prosci certification or training is a plus
