Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant for a 7-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured change management plan for the deployment of a new Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS)
  • Execute a multi-channel communication plan and create communication materials for various stakeholders
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for all EQMS users
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational Development
  • 3-5 years of experience in a change management, training, or communications role
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale technology deployments, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
