Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support clients in navigating complex transformations, the remote Change Management Consultant will conduct stakeholder assessments, develop change management plans, and facilitate engagement activities while ensuring organizational readiness and adoption of new processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness reviews
• Develop change management plans, readiness strategies, and adoption tools
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support sponsor engagement and leadership alignment

Required qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US
• Bachelor's degree
• 4-10+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management or transformation support
• Experience supporting organizational transitions or implementation efforts
• Ability to develop practical plans and materials that help organizations navigate change
