Job Summary

To lead people-focused change initiatives for critical marketing projects, the mid-level Change Management Consultant will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on reducing employee resistance and increasing the adoption of new behaviors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives
  • Building change management strategies, including impact analysis and readiness assessments
  • Driving the design, development, delivery, and management of change communications and training
Required qualifications:
  • Educational background in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Organizational Change
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives
  • Ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving sustainable change through effective communication
