Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support a leading retail company, the onsite Change Management Consultant will oversee activities aimed at driving cultural changes, conduct organizational readiness assessments, and advise leadership on change management strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present findings to project teams and senior leaders
• Develop and recommend change plans to enhance sustainable performance improvements
• Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change issues for successful roll-out

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in change management and organizational development
• Proven track record in strategic planning and communications development
• Experience working within a marketing organization and familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of culture change initiatives and capability building
• Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders
