Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To drive culture changes within organizations, the part-time Change Management Consultant will oversee activities that help leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements and conduct organizational readiness assessments, all while working remotely on a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational capability for change
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present findings to project teams and senior leaders
• Advise leadership on Organizational Development and Behavioral Change issues for successful implementation

Required qualifications:

• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Proven ability to conduct assessments and analyze organizational readiness
• Strong understanding of behavioral change principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Relevant certifications in change management or organizational development preferred
