Job Summary
Leading Organizational Change Management activities for a large-scale NextGen Procurement transformation program, the remote, full-time Change Management Consultant will develop change strategies, training materials, and communication plans while managing multiple concurrent releases to ensure successful enterprise-wide adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OCM activities across multiple enterprise procurement releases
- Develop and execute communication strategies, training materials, and user enablement resources
- Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments using ADKAR or similar methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
- 3+ years supporting Procurement, Supplier Management, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformations
- Experience with enterprise procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement
- Strong experience developing enterprise communications and training curricula
- Proficiency with ADKAR or other structured change management methodologies
