Job Summary

Leading change management initiatives, the contract Senior Change Management Consultant will support a global procurement transformation program by developing communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple system releases
  • Develop communications, executive messaging, training materials, user guides, and readiness plans
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and coordinate global deployment activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of change management experience, with 3+ years in procurement or P2P organizations
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle Procurement
  • Strong skills in training development and stakeholder management
  • Experience working with global teams and applying ADKAR or similar change methodologies
