Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Change Management Consultant will design and execute organizational change strategies, lead assessments, and develop communication and training plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute organizational change strategies to support business transformation and stakeholder alignment
• Lead organizational design assessments to identify gaps and provide data-backed recommendations
• Develop change impact assessments and training enablement plans to ensure seamless transitions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management for enterprise-level initiatives
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci or CCMP
• Strong proficiency in structured change management methodologies like Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Model
• Process improvement certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or PMP highly preferred
• Strong track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leaders through high-visibility initiatives
