Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for an enterprise-wide AI-Powered HR Service Delivery transformation, the part-time Change Management Consultant will develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training activities to support over 80,000 employees in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans and governance models
• Conduct organizational readiness and stakeholder impact assessments across various business functions
• Create and implement communication strategies and training materials to drive adoption of new technologies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of Change Management experience, including 3+ years in enterprise HR or IT technology implementations
• Proven experience leading organizational change for enterprise AI or self-service technology implementations
• Hands-on experience creating and executing OCM strategies independently
• Strong knowledge of ADKAR or equivalent structured change management methodologies
