Job Summary

Leading client programs through periods of change, the full-time Change Management Consultant will develop and deploy communication plans while collaborating with project teams and technology partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in Change Management and Communications to support client initiatives
• Develop and implement clear communication strategies for new and evolving client programs
• Collaborate with clients and teams to drive business process and technology solutions

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Prosci change management methodology
• Strong background in service delivery processes and relationship building
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and manage ambiguity
