Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

Leading change management strategy and execution for complex Oracle transformation engagements, the full-time Principal Change Management Consultant will build relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively across all levels, and adapt to shifting project scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives and execution across multi-stakeholder Oracle transformation projects
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams and client stakeholders in Finance, IT, HR, and Operations
• Develop and implement practical change management tools and sustain change champion networks post-go-live

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management for ERP, HCM, Oracle Cloud, or similar large-scale transformations
• Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Kotter's methodology, Prosci, or an equivalent structured change framework
• Experience adapting to changes in project scope or priorities and finding valuable contributions in ambiguous environments
