Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation, the Change Management Consultant (LMS Implementation) will manage change strategies and user adoption efforts for a Cornerstone On Demand rollout, working in a remote or hybrid contract capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness activities
- Create and deliver communications to support awareness and adoption
Required qualifications
- Experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise system implementations
- Experience supporting digital transformation or learning platform projects preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement and organizational assessment skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Change management certification (Prosci preferred)
