Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
Driving the people side of Oracle transformation engagements, the full-time Principal Change Management Consultant will lead change management strategy, build relationships with stakeholders, and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead change management strategy and execution for complex Oracle transformation projects
- Build and maintain relationships with project teams and client stakeholders across multiple functions
- Identify and sustain change champion networks to support adoption post-go-live
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management for large-scale enterprise system transformations
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trust quickly
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of Kotter's methodology, Prosci, or similar change frameworks
- Experience adapting to shifting project scopes and priorities
