Job Summary
Leading acquisition process analysis activities, the remote Change Management Lead will document current-state VA contracting workflows, define functional requirements for contract writing, and contribute to change management and training content development.
Key responsibilities
- Document current-state VA contracting workflows and map them to modernized target-state processes in Appian
- Define functional requirements for contract writing and facilitate requirements workshops with VA OAL contracting officers
- Develop functional acceptance criteria for testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with acquisition requirements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of federal acquisition experience, including roles as a 1102 Contracting Officer or senior acquisition advisor
- Deep expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance and contract writing requirements
- Experience supporting or leading enterprise contract management system implementations at large federal agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Acquisition Management, or related field
- FAC-C certification (Level II or III) or DAWIA contracting certification strongly preferred
