Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the revenue cycle, identifying inefficiencies and designing sustainable solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups to analyze processes, define workflows, and align on improvement opportunities
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables aligned with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex projects and organizational change
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare environment
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification with demonstrated experience in quality improvement methodologies
• Proven experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning
