Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead, VCO (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of enterprise transformation initiatives sponsored by the Value Creation Office (VCO)
• Develop and execute integrated change strategies aligned to program milestones and value realization goals
• Assess organizational impacts and create training plans to support the adoption of new processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
• 5+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or change management leadership
• Prosci or comparable change management certification required
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Previous experience with operating model transformation or value creation initiatives strongly preferred
