Job Summary
A company is looking for an Issue Management and Change Manager, Principal Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with process owners and operations to influence results impacting the company's mission
- Lead change management objectives, including planning and monitoring changes
- Manage PRIME events/issues and drive analysis to improve issue management and efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in Process Management or Project Management
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Experience with risk management is preferred
- Experience with root cause analysis is preferred
