Job Summary

A company is looking for an Issue Management and Change Manager, Principal Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with process owners and operations to influence results impacting the company's mission
  • Lead change management objectives, including planning and monitoring changes
  • Manage PRIME events/issues and drive analysis to improve issue management and efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Process Management or Project Management
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with risk management is preferred
  • Experience with root cause analysis is preferred
