Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change and Adoption Lead to drive the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the internal change and adoption strategy for the Salesforce transformation program
• Establish and lead a change champion network to support new ways of working across the organization
• Track adoption metrics and provide insights to improve operational performance and address adoption risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, management, organizational development, Information Systems, or related fields
• 8 - 12 years of experience in leading enterprise change or transformation initiatives
• Prosci Certification is required
• Proven experience with large-scale technology transformations, preferably Salesforce
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and experience working with complex, matrixed organizations
