Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management & Adoption Lead for the migration from MicroStrategy to Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the change management strategy for the BI migration program
• Engage with business stakeholders to demonstrate Power BI capabilities and gather feedback
• Create and promote standardized report templates and dashboards across business units

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in change management, business transformation, or analytics adoption programs
• Experience with enterprise BI or data platform transformations
• Proven track record of driving technology adoption within business teams
• Good understanding of enterprise BI ecosystems and analytics workflows
• Hands-on experience with Power BI is highly preferred
