Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing the Veterans Health Administration's RISE initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support VHA-wide change management across RISE implementation workstreams
• Guide stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and risk mitigation for organizational transitions
• Ensure integration of change management practices aligned with program objectives and leadership priorities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in change management or organizational transformation
• Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for large-scale initiatives
• Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is preferred
