Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Management Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing the Veterans Health Administration's RISE initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support VHA-wide change management across RISE implementation workstreams
- Guide stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and risk mitigation for organizational transitions
- Ensure integration of change management practices aligned with program objectives and leadership priorities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in change management or organizational transformation
- Experience developing and implementing change management strategies for large-scale initiatives
- Relevant certification in change management or organizational development is preferred
